Q: What are the initial costs associated with exploring the options for a BREEAM Assessment?

A: A BREEAM AP Qualified Assessor can attend and lead a meeting with the design team, which usually takes about 4 hours, and prepare a BREEAM Pre-Assessment with recommendations. This initial work can be carried out for a basic fee of £250 per day (excluding VAT). A fee for the Assessment and / or Consultancy can then be agreed  for the project as required.

Q: We are based in the South-East. Do you cover this area?

A: Yes. Whilst we are based in Yorkshire, we offer a nationwide service and have ongoing projects and partnering arrangements with Consultancies around the UK.

Q: Can you act as Architects and BREEAM Assessors on the same project?

A: Yes we can. From a Client's point of view, there may be significant financial and environmental benefits in appointing an Architect who can also act as a BREEAM AP Consultant and BREEAM Assessor.
