What are the benefits of using a BREEAM AP?

An accredited Professional is qualified to help you achieve your target BREEAM rating and up to two additional BREEAM credits are available if a BREEAM AP is engaged from an appropriate point in the project.

What role does a BREEAM AP fulfill ?

BREEAM APs can provide the client and design team with expert advice on built environment sustainability, environmental design and environmental assessment.
